Role at a glance

We are looking for an Associate Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team. This is a full-time, junior-level position that offers a hybrid work arrangement. While you can work from anywhere, please note that this role requires the ability to travel to Albany, New York, up to four times per year.

What you'll need

We are looking for someone with a passion for technology and a knack for solving complex puzzles. You should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, along with the following:

• Up to 2 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and relational databases, including SQL.
• Familiarity with modern web UI development, such as React.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and a desire to learn our tech stack, which includes Azure, SQL Server, and automated testing tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to any audience.
• An inclusive mindset and a collaborative spirit.
• Fluency in English.

Perks and compensation
