The role
We are hiring an Associate Full Stack Developer on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position focused on remote work, where you will contribute across multiple layers of our technology stack while receiving mentorship and room to grow your skills.
Core responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve APIs, services, and other web technologies that support teams across the organization.
- Help scale and re-engineer backend architecture as we migrate toward a service-oriented model.
- Expand automated testing coverage and tackle debugging tasks across all levels of the stack.
Skills and experience
We are looking for candidates with at least one year of development experience, preferably with .NET. Familiarity with web and mobile toolkits such as Bootstrap, jQuery, and React is important, along with some exposure to unit, systems, and functional testing. You should be comfortable working collaboratively with other developers, communicating ideas clearly in both verbal and written form, and applying sound practical judgment to technical decisions. Proficiency in English is required.
