We are currently looking for a Senior Associate Enterprise Architect to join our team in a remote capacity. This is a unique opportunity to help shape our new Enterprise Architecture program while working directly with our Chief Architect to drive innovation and strategic growth.
Key outcomes
- Manage the planning, execution, and reporting of our Enterprise Architecture practice to ensure it aligns with our broader business objectives.
- Lead communication efforts to educate stakeholders on architectural strategies, decisions, and the overall status of our technology landscape.
- Identify and evaluate new technical opportunities to foster innovation and maintain our competitive edge.
- Oversee the Enterprise Architecture Framework to ensure consistency and coherence across all architectural domains.
- Support our Governance, Risk, and Compliance programs to ensure we meet regulatory standards and effectively mitigate risks.
- Optimize our technology portfolio by creating asset roadmaps, participating in consolidation efforts, and collaborating with procurement to manage vendor relationships.
- Provide guidance on solution design and implementation to ensure technical projects align with our established architectural principles.
- Contribute to the development of organizational strategies for mobile technology, API integration, and Master Data Management.
- Partner with product management teams to ensure technology roadmaps remain synchronized with our business goals.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in consulting practice management, organizational analysis, portfolio management, and technical solution design.
- Proven ability to develop frameworks and manage governance or compliance processes.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver measurable results.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, allowing you to engage effectively with stakeholders at every level of the organization.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks and tools such as TOGAF, Zachman, LeanIX, AWS, or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies, particularly within organizations that manage diverse technology landscapes.
- Understanding of operational efficiency, security standards, and technology management best practices.
- Additional training in business administration or organizational science.
Compensation
The anticipated base salary range for this position is 130,000 USD to 145,000 USD. We provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as life, disability, and 401k plans.
