The role
We are looking for a Senior Associate Enterprise Architect to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an exciting opportunity to help build our new Enterprise Architecture program from the ground up. You will work directly with our Chief Architect to shape our technology ecosystem, ensuring that our infrastructure remains innovative, compliant, and perfectly aligned with our broader organizational goals.
Core responsibilities
- Practice Management: Support the planning and execution of our Enterprise Architecture practice, ensuring that all program components align with our business objectives and industry best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Identify and evaluate new opportunities for innovation, keeping us at the forefront of emerging technologies while providing guidance on solution design to our delivery teams.
- Strategic Governance: Manage our Enterprise Technology Portfolio and governance frameworks, including risk and compliance management, to optimize our assets and drive long-term business value.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should have a background that includes consulting practice management, organizational analysis, and technical solution design. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Proven experience in portfolio management, framework development, and navigating complex governance and compliance processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at every level of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable results.
- Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or LeanIX, along with experience in software development methodologies.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Compensation and benefits
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000, with additional potential for bonus eligibility. We provide a comprehensive suite of benefits designed to support your well-being and work-life balance, including:
