What is this role?

We are seeking a Senior Associate Enterprise Architect to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a new Enterprise Architecture initiative. You will work closely with our Chief Architect to deploy a comprehensive program, helping to shape the strategic direction of our technology ecosystem while ensuring our systems remain aligned with both organizational goals and industry standards.

What will you do?

• Manage Enterprise Architecture practices by supporting the planning, execution, and reporting of program components to ensure they align with our business objectives.
• Lead communication and education efforts by sharing architectural strategies, decisions, and statuses with stakeholders to foster a unified understanding of our technology landscape.
• Drive technical leadership and innovation by identifying new opportunities for improvement, evaluating emerging technologies, and managing our enterprise technology portfolio to optimize business value.

To succeed in this role, you should be a strong communicator with a background in consulting, organizational analysis, and technical solution design. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualities:

• Proven experience in framework development, governance, and compliance processes.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of driving cross-functional initiatives.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Familiarity with industry-standard frameworks and tools, such as TOGAF, Zachman, LeanIX, AWS, or Salesforce.
• Proficiency in English.
