As a member of our Saviynt Labs team, you will join a global R&D organization dedicated to solving complex security and compliance challenges while building scalable, cloud-native solutions on AWS, GCP, and Azure.
About the Role
We are looking for an Associate Engineer to join our software engineering team on a full-time basis. This is an executive-level role where you will design, build, and maintain high-impact SaaS applications. You will work within a distributed, agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to push the boundaries of our identity authority platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to architect and design robust, enterprise-grade identity cloud solutions.
- Develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications while maintaining the ability to build new programs from the ground up.
- Refactor, debug, and optimize existing codebases to ensure peak performance and system reliability.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should bring a deep technical background and a collaborative mindset. We require the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, REST, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, RabbitMQ, Groovy, Elasticsearch, and Redis.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly in English.
- Experience with modern development methodologies like Agile, Kanban, or XP, along with tools such as Git, Maven, and IntelliJ.

This position is based in the United States and operates on a hybrid work model.
