Within our Saviynt Labs organization, we focus on engineering excellence to build and run industry-leading SaaS solutions on major cloud providers like AWS, GCP, and Azure. We are looking for a motivated Associate Engineer to join our global, distributed R&D team and help us solve complex security and compliance challenges.
Key outcomes
- Participate in the full software development life cycle, from requirements analysis to final deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, architect, and build scalable enterprise identity cloud solutions.
- Develop new applications from scratch while maintaining and refactoring existing services.
- Test, debug, and document your code to ensure high quality and system reliability.
- Provide technical support and serve as an expert on our applications.
- Adhere to agile principles to ensure efficient project delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Between six months to one year of professional software engineering experience.
- High proficiency in object-oriented programming, specifically using Java, Spring Framework, Hibernate, REST, and Microservices.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and RabbitMQ.
- Strong analytical and logical skills, with the ability to communicate clearly in English.
- Experience with modern development methodologies such as Agile or Kanban.
- Familiarity with Git, continuous integration, and automated deployment processes.
- Proficiency in using IDEs like IntelliJ or Eclipse, as well as experience with Maven or Ant and writing Junit test cases.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with Groovy on Grails.
- Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch and Redis.
