We are Zinnia, and we are currently transforming the insurance industry by simplifying how products are bought, sold, and administered. With over 173.7 billion dollars in assets under administration and a reach that includes 60 carrier clients and 2 million policyholders, we are looking for an Associate Engineer to join our SaaS Delivery Management team on a full-time, on-site basis in India.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ITIL processes while managing business and service management KPIs and SLAs.
- Provide daily support for application management operations, focusing on service quality and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with the AMS team to manage Severity 1 and Severity 2 incidents, including facilitating communication with clients and third-party vendors.
- Take ownership of internal infrastructure projects.
- Plan and execute infrastructure changes requested by our product teams or clients.
Must-haves
- Up to one year of experience in SaaS delivery management.
- Familiarity with ITIL and ITSM terminology, practices, and tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Experience with cloud-based tools such as Google Drive and OneDrive, as well as common project management software.
- A foundational understanding of the IT project life cycle.
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Basic familiarity with data center operations.
- Fluency in English.
