WHO YOU ARE:

The role of SaaS delivery management associate is to provide day-to-day support of the Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, Analytics, and other SaaS applications. Additional responsibilities include knowledge on ITIL based processes and governance, leading continuous improvements, and innovation.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Operating Model Design: work on the design and implementation of ITIL processes; implementation of management of Business and Service Management KPI’s, and SLA’s.
• Service Delivery: Provide support for the day-to-day application management operations, including risk mitigation and service quality management.
• Incident Management: Work with the AMS team on Severity 1 and Severity 2 incidents and facilitate communications and escalations with the client and with any other third-party vendors.
• Own and manage all internal infrastructure projects.
• Plan and implement infrastructure changes initiated by product/application team and/or clients.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• 0-1 years into SaaS delivery management.
• Familiar on ITIL/ITSM terminology, tools and practice.
• Familiar on MS Office tools – Excel, Word, Power point and Visio
• Familiar in Cloud tools like Google and One Drive and other project management tools
• Basic knowledge of IT project life cycle
• Familiar with SDLC, Agile methodologies
• Basic knowledge of Data Center operations.
