What you bring

We are looking for an experienced Associate Director or Director of Product to join our team in Mumbai on a full-time basis. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the Upstox for Investors platform by driving our product vision and ensuring we meet the evolving needs of our users. Your work will be central to our growth as we continue to innovate in the fintech space.

• Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our business goals and customer requirements.
• Manage the end-to-end product roadmap, ensuring high-quality delivery through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Lead and mentor our product management team while acting as the primary voice of the customer within the organization.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 8 years of experience in product management, with a minimum of 3 years spent in a leadership capacity. We value candidates who possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to turn complex data into actionable product improvements. You should be a self-starter with a founder’s mentality, capable of navigating ambiguity and driving results with minimal oversight. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will be responsible for articulating our product vision to executive leadership and various stakeholders. Fluency in English is required, and you should demonstrate a deep commitment to customer-centric design and strategic thinking.
