We are currently looking for an Associate Director or Director of IT Development Business Partner and GxP Compliance Lead to join our team in the United States on an on-site basis. Responsibilities
- Act as the main IT point of contact for our Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical teams to align technology strategies with business goals.
- Lead GxP compliance efforts by managing SOPs, training programs, and documentation to ensure we remain audit-ready and compliant with standards like 21 CFR Part 11.
- Oversee the selection, validation, and implementation of development systems while providing ongoing technical support.
- Manage project lifecycles by aligning requirements, timelines, and resource allocation with our broader company objectives.
- Mentor and lead your team, fostering an inclusive culture that emphasizes accountability, professional growth, and high performance.
- Collaborate with senior management and external stakeholders to influence decision-making and drive organizational success.
Must-haves
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- At least 9 years of experience in business partner roles, ideally within a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotech setting.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to clinical-stage biotechnology organizations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage complex projects and solve abstract problems.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and maintain financial accountability.
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations with structure and clarity.
- Fluency in English.
