Role at a glance
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director or Director of Digital Marketing and Communications to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a senior-level leadership role where you will define and execute the digital strategy for our innovative biotech solutions. You will work directly with our product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure our brand story reaches the right audiences across the United States.
Your impact
- Lead our digital marketing strategy by building brand awareness, managing demand generation, and overseeing our social media programming and influencer relationships.
- Take full ownership of our digital lead generation efforts by optimizing our marketing tech stack, including Pardot, Salesforce, and our website infrastructure.
- Drive high-impact performance marketing by managing paid search, display, and social campaigns, while utilizing A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to hit our sales targets.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with a strong technical foundation and a passion for the life sciences. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within the B2B space and lead generation.
- Deep technical proficiency in HTML, Java, and headless CMS environments to manage web updates independently.
- Expertise in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Hands-on experience managing Pardot and Salesforce to track the full customer journey from prospect to conversion.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Fluency in English.
