We are currently looking for an Associate Director, Talent to join our team on a full-time basis. Orchestra is a pioneering communications network established in 2022, bringing together a group of strategic marketing and communications agencies to serve clients across high-growth sectors like technology, sustainability, and healthcare. With over 600 experts across North America and Europe, we pride ourselves on a story-first approach. In this role, you will serve as a deputy to our Head of Talent, playing a vital part in our people operations and organizational growth while working in a hybrid capacity.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple senior-level searches simultaneously, ensuring each role is filled with high-quality talent.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and department leads to define role scopes, interview sequences, and search timelines while maintaining organizational standards.
- Oversee and refine our recruiting operations, including the use of applicant tracking systems and the development of best-practice processes to ensure efficiency across our network of agencies.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a fast-paced agency or high-growth startup environment.
- Proven success in managing senior-level searches and a demonstrated ability to source and attract top-tier candidates.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with the ability to multitask effectively and communicate complex information clearly.
- A commitment to excellence in recruitment operations, with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to troubleshoot under tight deadlines.
What we offer
