We are looking for an Associate Director of Sales Strategy, Operations, and Execution to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. At Acadia Pharmaceuticals, we are dedicated to transforming scientific breakthroughs into life-changing treatments for underserved communities, including those affected by Parkinson’s disease psychosis and Rett syndrome. Our work is driven by a robust pipeline of therapeutic advancements, and this role is essential to ensuring our field organization operates with the clarity and efficiency needed to make a real difference for patients.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership to refine and execute our sales strategy, ensuring that annual and quarterly planning processes align with our broader enterprise objectives.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights by collaborating with our operations team to enhance performance tracking, KPI monitoring, and territory management.
- Drive operational excellence by optimizing communication rhythms, identifying process improvements, and leading high-impact projects that support our field teams and commercial partners.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree is required, though an MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
- Significant experience in sales operations, commercial strategy, or analytics within the pharmaceutical or biotech industries.
- Demonstrated expertise using Power BI, Salesforce CRM, and advanced Excel to manage data and reporting.
- A proven ability to influence stakeholders without authority and manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to present complex information effectively to executive leadership.
What we offer
The salary range for this position is $152,000 to $190,400 USD. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible for discretionary bonuses and equity awards. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
