Role at a glance
This is a full-time, on-site position for a senior-level professional. As our Associate Director of Regional Marketing and Product Management, you will lead the strategic direction and execution for our diverse range of reagents and instrumentation across the US, EU, and APJ markets. You will serve as the primary bridge between our global product teams and regional commercial success, ensuring our solutions meet the evolving needs of the scientific community.
Your impact
- Drive the regional product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for our molecular biology, antibody, and instrumentation portfolios.
- Lead the execution of go-to-market plans, including the development of customer personas, pricing strategies, and sales enablement tools.
- Act as the voice of the customer by analyzing market intelligence, competitive trends, and scientific feedback to refine our regional demand generation and engagement efforts.
What you'll need
- A Master’s degree in a life science field like molecular biology, biochemistry, or immunology. A PhD or MBA is highly valued.
- At least 8 years of experience in product management or marketing within the life science sector, with specific expertise in reagents and laboratory instrumentation.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce and Power BI to manage data-driven marketing efforts.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and stakeholder management abilities, with the confidence to communicate complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
- Fluency in English and the ability to travel regionally up to 30% of the time.
