We are looking for bold, diverse thinkers to join our team in India as an Associate Director of Products. In this role, you will act as a visionary and executor, taking ownership of the product lifecycle to drive our product-centric approach.
Key outcomes
- Define and own the product vision and strategy for Dun & Bradstreet India, ensuring alignment with our broader business goals.
- Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products while maintaining a comprehensive product roadmap.
- Manage end-to-end product operations, including cost tracking, investment business cases, and benefit realization.
- Streamline sales and onboarding processes to ensure seamless delivery and high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and sales, to gather requirements and finalize product constructs.
- Act as a product evangelist, articulating our vision to partners, customers, and internal stakeholders through presentations and proposals.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and coaching to your team to enhance their skills and professional development.
- Integrate market research, usability studies, and data analysis to inform product decisions and measure success.
Requirements
- Over 10 years of relevant professional experience in product management.
- Proven leadership and management experience, preferably within a global organization.
- Strong expertise in product strategy development, road-mapping, and feature prioritization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to senior management and clients.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Hindi.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in building cohesive partnerships across business, operations, and technology teams.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on end-to-end project execution.
- Strong technical understanding to facilitate effective discussions with engineering teams regarding new features.
Preferred qualifications
- A Master’s degree in product management, finance, or engineering.
- Experience in product sub-segments of the BFSI market, such as credit, underwriting, ratings, or loan origination systems.
- Prior experience in project management.
