Associate Director of Product Strategy at Dr. Squatch

We are currently seeking an Associate Director of Product Strategy to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. In this role, you will act as a key driver of our business by determining which categories to prioritize, how to capture market potential, and how to successfully bring new products to life.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the performance of specific categories within our portfolio by analyzing customer behavior and market data to identify growth opportunities and address gaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in marketing, product development, and operations to set revenue goals, optimize profitability, and manage the end-to-end launch process for new and existing products.
• Build and manage a strategic backlog of initiatives, ensuring that we effectively balance data-driven insights with creative intuition to make impactful business decisions.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required, and an MBA is highly preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional experience, with a minimum of 3 years focused on strategy, consulting, private equity, venture capital, or product management within a consumer-focused company.
• A scrappy, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and building strong relationships across an organization.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with a genuine interest in health, wellness, and natural personal care products.

What we offer
