The role
We are seeking a Senior-level Associate Director of Product to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own the vision, strategy, and execution for our performance marketing and lead generation offerings. You will be responsible for scaling our current human-powered Paid Ads solution into a robust, technology-driven product that delivers significant value to our customers.
Core responsibilities
- Lead the transition of our Paid Ads service into a scalable, technology-driven product by developing and executing a clear roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-driven lead nurturing tools that improve conversion rates and marketing ROI for our clients.
- Oversee a team of Paid Ads specialists, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality execution while scaling internal processes.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with deep expertise in paid media platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- At least 2 years of experience specifically in lead generation and nurturing, with a strong grasp of conversion best practices.
- Proven success as a product manager, ideally within a SaaS or marketing technology environment.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive product decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing teams and optimizing operational workflows.
- Fluency in English.
