We are looking for a visionary Associate Director of Online Marketing to help us scale our acquisition efforts and solidify Factor as the most trusted nutrition brand in Europe. Factor is a fast-growing, fresh meal brand that is changing how people approach wellness and convenience. What you'll be doing

You will oversee the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital performance campaigns across search, social, display, and video channels throughout various European markets.
You will collaborate with our brand and design teams to develop high-performing ad assets, using performance insights to test, iterate, and scale our creative output.
You will integrate AI tools and automation platforms into our workflows to enhance targeting, streamline content production, and maximize our overall return on investment.

What you'll bring

You have at least 7 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within a fast-paced e-commerce or direct-to-consumer environment.
You possess deep technical expertise in managing paid media across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube.
You demonstrate a strong command of English, and you are comfortable working in a hybrid, cross-functional setting that requires both analytical rigor and creative storytelling.
