At Triumvirate Environmental, we are proud to be one of the largest environmental services firms in North America. We provide essential compliance management expertise to organizations in the life sciences, healthcare, higher education, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Our team is dedicated to a culture that fosters creativity, professional growth, and a commitment to wowing both our employees and our customers. We are currently looking for a passionate leader to join our corporate team and help us shape our brand narrative.
What is this role?
We are searching for an Associate Director of Content Marketing to join us on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position that reports directly to our Director of Marketing. While this role is based in the United States, please note that you will be required to work fully onsite at our Somerville, Massachusetts office for the first 90 days. Following that period, the role transitions to a hybrid work model.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our brand awareness, SEO goals, and demand generation efforts.
- Manage and inspire our content team to produce high-quality, on-brand materials including whitepapers, blog posts, case studies, and social media content.
- Collaborate with our sales, growth marketing, and customer success teams to ensure our messaging effectively supports every stage of the customer journey.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should be a data-driven professional with a deep understanding of the B2B landscape. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications:
- At least 7 years of experience in content marketing, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- A degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field, with an MBA considered a plus.
- Strong proficiency in SEO, marketing automation, analytics tools, and content management systems.
- Exceptional storytelling and editing skills, combined with a proactive approach to project management.
- The ability to work in the United States without the need for future sponsorship and access to reliable transportation.
What's in it for you?
We believe in supporting our team members both professionally and personally. When you join Triumvirate Environmental, you will have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including:
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- A 401k retirement plan.
- Generous tuition reimbursement for your continued education.
- Paid time off and a flexible hybrid work schedule after your initial 90 days.
- Opportunities for relocation, mentorship, career succession planning, and various employee discounts.
