What is this role?
We are looking for an Associate Director, G&A Applications to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity within the United States. This is a senior-level position designed for a hands-on leader who is ready to help build and scale our IT applications portfolio. You will serve as a critical partner to our HR, Finance, and Legal departments, ensuring that our systems are stable, scalable, and aligned with our broader business goals. This role reports directly to the Senior Director of IT and offers a high level of visibility across our entire organization.
What will you do?
- Lead the implementation and ongoing support of our IT systems, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our G&A groups.
- Act as the primary liaison between our business partners and IT service teams, managing vendor relationships and coordinating issue resolution.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle for enterprise applications, including Oracle NetSuite, HRIS platforms, and contract management tools, while maintaining rigorous documentation and compliance standards.

Our ideal candidate brings the following qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in IT with progressively increasing responsibilities.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite or equivalent ERP, HRIS, and Contract Lifecycle Management systems.
- Experience supporting applications within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with compliance standards such as SOX, 21 CFR Part 11, GDPR, or HIPAA is considered a significant plus.
- Fluency in English.
