About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Director, Digital Marketing to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a strategic and execution-focused leadership role where you will drive our U.S. digital marketing initiatives for an assigned brand. You will be responsible for launching and sustaining campaigns that effectively engage healthcare professionals and consumer audiences. By leveraging your expertise in omnichannel marketing and user experience, you will lead the development of integrated strategies that enhance our brand presence and performance in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the creation of digital marketing strategies that align with broader brand goals and objectives.
- Direct the user experience for our marketing websites and lead ongoing updates to brand.com.
- Lead the implementation of integrated, cross-functional, and omnichannel plans across various digital channels, including social media.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors. We require a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, along with at least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in the industry, including 6 years specifically focused on digital marketing. You should have demonstrated success in building multi-channel campaigns, analyzing performance data to derive business insights, and managing partner suppliers. We value candidates who are adept at building relationships and collaborating across departments to achieve business goals. Please note that this position requires the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Location
This position is based in Princeton, NJ. We operate under a hybrid work model, which requires you to work in our office on average three days per week.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $149,900 USD. In addition to your base salary, you will be eligible for discretionary bonus and equity awards based on individual and organizational performance. We also provide a flexible hybrid work environment to support our team members.
