What you bring
We are seeking a Senior-level Associate Director of Biostatistics to join us on a Full Time basis. This role is Remote, with the option to visit our offices in New York City or North Carolina. You will work closely with internal and external partners to execute our biostatistics strategy and support the rapid growth of our biotech organization. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert statistical input for clinical study reports, protocol development, and statistical analysis plans.
- Overseeing statistical deliverables from external vendors and internal programming teams to ensure high quality and compliance.
- Fostering strong collaborations across clinical teams, including medical, regulatory, and data management departments.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep understanding of drug development and the regulatory landscape, including FDA, EU, and ICH guidelines. We are looking for a candidate who holds a PhD or MS in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, or a related field, along with at least five to seven years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors. You should be a natural collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative setting. Excellent communication skills, a high level of attention to detail, and proficiency in English are essential for your success on our cross-functional team.
