We are looking for an Associate Director of App Marketing to join our Paid Marketing team in Germany. In this full-time, hybrid role, you will lead a talented team to drive app-based customer acquisition across 17 countries and 5 brands, helping us continue our mission as the world's leading meal kit provider.
Responsibilities
- Manage all app marketing activities, including ASO, while partnering with other teams to execute native campaigns on platforms like Google and Meta.
- Identify and resolve technical or infrastructure gaps to ensure efficient scaling of marketing channels.
- Collaborate with product, tech, and marketing stakeholders to test and optimize the app funnel and overall user experience.
- Build and maintain infrastructure for team efficiency, such as budgeting automation and incremental regression analysis.
- Coordinate messaging across ads and app store landing pages in partnership with our brand and performance marketing teams.
- Work closely with the marketing data product and tracking teams to improve MMP integration and data pipelines for better measurement models.
Must-haves
- At least 10 years of professional experience in Paid User Acquisition and ASO.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading and scaling high-performing app marketing teams.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of making data-driven decisions.
- Deep technical understanding of mobile tracking platforms, including hands-on experience with integration and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in optimizing multi-touch attribution models and marketing mix modeling.
- Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing disciplines, including paid social, display, SEO, PPC, and affiliate marketing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
