As a leader in the blockchain and digital asset space, we provide institutional-grade solutions across trading, asset management, and mining. We are looking for a senior-level Associate for our Derivatives Engineering team in Hong Kong to help us build the next generation of financial technology.

Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with our Derivatives trading desk to refine and optimize risk management and trading tools.
Develop and maintain reusable derivatives pricing libraries and sophisticated algorithms.
Design and manage robust data pipelines and high-performance APIs.
Provide production support while actively improving our CI/CD automation and DevOps practices.
Apply deep knowledge of software engineering principles, including asynchronous processing and data structure optimization.

Must-haves

At least 3 years of professional experience in software development.
Proficiency in Java, Python, or Go.
A university degree in computer science, physics, engineering, or equivalent practical programming experience.
Experience building data pipelines, reporting tools, and APIs.
Strong understanding of data structures and optimization techniques.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work on-site in Hong Kong.

Nice-to-haves

Experience working within the Crypto or Finance sectors.
Knowledge of derivatives pricing models like SABR or SVI.
Familiarity with message brokers such as Kafka or AWS SQS.
Experience with database technologies including Postgres, SQL Server, or time-series databases.
Exposure to LLM fine-tuning and RAG optimization.
Full lifecycle development experience, from requirements gathering to production support.
