We are currently looking for passionate individuals to join our growing team and help us take our technology to the next level.
What you bring
As an Associate Data Workforce Manager, you will play a vital role in our operations by bridging the gap between our people, data, and processes. This full-time, mid-level role is based in Poland and follows a hybrid work model. You will focus on optimizing how we handle data projects while ensuring our teams have the resources they need to succeed.
- You will plan and prioritize daily tasks while managing team resources effectively.
- You will monitor key performance indicators to identify and implement process improvements.
- You will collaborate closely with product managers and data engineers to ensure project requirements are met on time.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who balances strategic thinking with a hands-on approach to daily operations. You should possess a strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex ideas to technical stakeholders. We require at least two years of experience in project or team management, ideally within data or operations. A university degree is preferred, and you must be fluent in English at a B2 level or higher. Proficiency in Polish is required for this location, and while not mandatory, experience in data quality assurance or recruitment is considered a significant advantage. We value candidates who are detail-oriented and thrive in dynamic environments.
What we offer
We are proud to be a Great Place to Work-accredited company that prioritizes the well-being and growth of our team members. We provide a supportive environment where you can develop your career through the following benefits:
- Equity compensation in a high-growth organization.
- Flexible working hours to support your work-life balance.
- Hybrid and remote work options.
- A dedicated learning budget for your professional development.
- Paid time off to ensure you have time to recharge.
