Your opportunity

As a Associate Data Workforce Manager (ML/AI), you will be responsible for overseeing the operational side of the data team – managing, planning resources, and improving processes. You will work closely with product managers, data engineers, and the quality assurance team to ensure efficient project execution and on-time delivery.

This role connects people, data, and processes – requiring both team management skills and an analytical approach to problem-solving, often under time pressure.

• Planning and prioritizing tasks and managing team resources
• Monitoring performance indicators and identifying areas for optimization
• Creating and updating internal process documentation and onboarding materials
• Collaborating with data engineers and product managers to clarify project requirements
• Improving and automating operational processes
• Participating in the sourcing and onboarding of individuals for specific project-based tasks

Who we look for

We are looking for someone with experience in project and/or team management, who has an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with technical stakeholders. You should feel comfortable working on both strategic planning and daily team operations.

• University degree (technical, analytical, or management degrees are preferred but not mandatory)
• 2+ years experience in project and/or team management (preferably in data, operations, or analytics)
• Analytical approach to problem-solving and process optimization
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to collaborate with technical teams (e.g. data engineers, analysts)
• Excellent English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
• Eligible to work in Poland

Nice to have:

• Experience in data quality assurance
• Ukrainian language skills (both written and oral) will be a strong advantage
• Experience in managing recruitment processes
