We're looking for a mid-level data scientist to join our remote product team and turn pharmacy data into clear insights that help make specialty medications more affordable for patients with chronic conditions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product and Clinical Operations to prioritize initiatives using data-driven recommendations.
- Define measurable success metrics and write queries that track the impact of our interventions.
- Analyze pharmacy data to monitor program performance and surface meaningful trends.
- Build clear visualizations that communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Support the growth of our data capabilities, with opportunities to expand into predictive modeling and dbt-based ETL infrastructure.
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, data engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong SQL skills, including CTEs, window functions, and query optimization.
- Proficiency in Python or another programming language.
- Experience with a major BI tool such as Tableau, Power BI, or Apache Superset.
- Excellent communication skills for working with stakeholders across the organization.
- Fluency in English.
- Based in the United States.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with data modeling and ETL processes using dbt.
- Background in healthcare or pharmacy data.
