Role at a glance

We are seeking an Associate Customer Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position is based on-site in the United States and is designed for someone at the student or early-career level who is eager to solve complex technical challenges for our high-value clients.

Your impact

• You will serve as a technical expert for our premier customers, handling complex configurations, debugging code, and resolving integration issues.
• You will act as the primary voice of the customer by collaborating with our engineering and DevOps teams to provide feedback and drive product improvements.
• You will contribute to our collective knowledge by authoring technical documentation and developing best practices that enhance the efficiency of our support operations.

What you'll need

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, ideally supported by two or more completed internships.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Java, paired with a solid understanding of cloud technologies.
• A natural curiosity for troubleshooting and debugging, with a proven ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a proactive mindset toward learning new technologies and earning certifications.
• Fluency in English to effectively communicate with our global client base.

Perks and compensation

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 USD. We determine final compensation based on a variety of factors, including your specific background, skills, and location.
