Studio Secret Cinema, our brand experience division, translates the signature immersion of Secret Cinema into high-impact experiential campaigns for leading clients in gaming, tech, and entertainment.

Key outcomes

• Lead at least six major pitches with a minimum 60 percent conversion rate.
• Deliver projects that generate at least three key visual moments featured in major industry press such as Campaign and Creative Review.
• Secure at least one follow-on project or retainer through exceptional creative delivery and client trust.
• Lead at least one project that wins or is shortlisted for a Campaign Experience Award.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of experience in creative experiential or events agencies, including at least three years at a senior creative level within experiential, brand activation, or immersive entertainment.
• Proven success leading and winning high-value creative pitches for global corporate brands.
• Strong ability to map guest journeys across physical environments and translate narrative into three-dimensional space and live layers.
• Technical fluency to direct 3D designers and integrate creative technologies such as AR, projection mapping, and RFID, as well as graphic and production designers.
• Established network of world-class performers, makers, and creative collaborators.
• Fluency in English.

Preferred qualifications

• Theatre-making or directing experience.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is £70,000 to £80,000 per year. Compensation will be adjusted based on experience and chosen schedule for candidates interested in a four- or five-day workweek.
