The role

We are looking for a Senior Associate Creative Director to join our team in Australia on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a challenging, hands-on position where you will balance individual creative execution with project management responsibilities. You will spend the vast majority of your time crafting solutions for client briefs, while dedicating a portion of your schedule to managing projects under the guidance of your Creative Director. You will often work independently, though you will also have opportunities to collaborate with other creatives and provide mentorship to your peers.

Core responsibilities

• Develop and execute high-level creative concepts that solve complex marketing problems for a diverse range of brands.
• Manage specific projects and creative workflows under the direction of the Creative Director.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to other members of your creative pod to foster a collaborative and innovative environment.

Skills and experience

To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in creative craft and a deep understanding of the digital landscape. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• At least 7 years of proven experience in art direction, writing, and design.
• A sophisticated ability to distinguish between high-level ideas and simple tactics.
• Deep expertise in social media platforms, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit.
• Strong conceptualization skills with a focus on creating effective social media advertisements.
• Demonstrated experience in video production and the use of modern AI tools.
• Natural leadership abilities and a constructive approach to feedback and revisions.
• Fluency in English.
