We are currently looking for a Senior Associate Business Analyst to join our Core Platform team in Brazil. This group is responsible for building the digital products that power our investment offerings, including exchange-traded assets, foreign exchange, and structured products. Key outcomes

• Perform process mapping, diagnostic assessments, and complex problem solving.
• Facilitate decision-making discussions by leveraging data-driven insights.
• Assist in the planning and organization of strategic projects and departmental initiatives.
• Support the development of internal governance structures to monitor execution and performance.
• Prepare high-level materials for executive results meetings.
• Provide support for budgeting processes and Quarterly Business Reviews.

Requirements

• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to work effectively within a team.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Foundational knowledge of data analysis tools.
• Fluency in Portuguese.

Preferred qualifications

• Prior experience or deep knowledge of the financial market.
• Background in managing digital products or project management.
