We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Associate Brand Manager to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. Our company is currently focused on growing an emerging whiskey brand, and we need someone who can help us develop and implement both strategic and tactical plans to elevate our presence in the market. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders and external agencies to foster a creative environment, ensuring we produce top-tier results while managing the financial health of our brand initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of consumer-focused programs by conducting thorough market analysis, monitoring performance indicators, and identifying key business opportunities.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of brand initiatives, including coordinating with creative agencies to produce assets, overseeing social media channels, and shepherding projects through our internal Stage-Gate process.
- Maintain financial accountability by tracking A&P budgets, managing vendor purchase orders, and performing detailed P&L analysis to support our long-term innovation and launch strategies.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of professional experience in marketing, specifically within brand development, positioning, and digital or retail building activities.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is required, and an MBA is highly preferred.
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including a high level of proficiency in Excel.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, navigate organizational processes, and solve problems while working with distributed teams.
- Prior experience within the U.S. Wine & Spirits industry is considered a significant asset.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
