We are looking for a Senior Associate, B2B Marketing to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in our mission by managing marketing initiatives that strengthen our relationships with donor and employer partners.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute both virtual and in-person events for B2B audiences, handling everything from logistics and promotion to post-event reporting.
- Support our digital and paid media strategies across channels like LinkedIn, Google, email, and social media to drive measurable results.
- Develop and maintain high-quality marketing collateral, including presentations, reports, and talking points, while ensuring all content aligns with our brand messaging.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of professional experience in marketing or communications, specifically with a focus on B2B engagement.
- A solid understanding of core marketing principles and the ability to effectively engage professional audiences.
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and Google Analytics.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
