We are looking for a dedicated Associate Application Analyst to join our strategic team. We focus on aligning high-level business objectives with day-to-day tactical operations within our Processing and Cultivation facilities. You will play a vital role in supporting our application suite, specifically our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management environment, while helping us develop new capabilities through careful requirements gathering and system design.
What you'll be doing
- Serve as the main point of contact for users, diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to our core applications to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and customize our systems, translating complex business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Coordinate project tasks and maintain detailed documentation, while also monitoring system performance to identify and address potential bottlenecks before they impact the business.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have at least one year of experience as a business systems analyst, ideally within the retail or consumer packaged goods sectors. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualifications:
- A strong technical background with proven experience in troubleshooting SaaS and internal applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, paired with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and a demonstrated talent for project coordination.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across different departments.
- Fluency in English.
- You must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass all necessary background checks to remain compliant with industry regulations.
