Role at a glance

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our team in a full-time capacity. This is a remote position available to candidates residing in Florida, Georgia, Minnesota, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, or Texas. You will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our affiliate programs, ensuring our clients receive top-tier service and strategic insights.

Your impact

• Drive Client Success: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners by delivering clear communication, managing program newsletters, and executing strategic marketing goals.
• Master Data Analysis: Utilize advanced Excel skills to pull, manipulate, and interpret data, turning raw numbers into actionable insights and performance reports.
• Operational Excellence: Manage the lifecycle of affiliate programs, including recruitment, fraud monitoring, and process improvement, all while maintaining a high level of accuracy and accountability.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of direct experience in affiliate marketing.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and v-lookups.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms and affiliate networks.
• A working knowledge of HTML is considered a strong plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Fluency in English and the ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or conferences.
