We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our team in South Austin, Texas, as an Associate Account Manager to help us continue our mission of optimizing technology for classrooms.

What is this role?

This is a full-time, junior-level position designed for someone early in their career who is eager to build a strong foundation in account management. You will work in a hybrid capacity, gaining hands-on experience with customer relationships, renewals, and revenue growth within the K–12 EdTech industry. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced sales professionals while supporting our mid-market and enterprise accounts.

What will you do?

  • Provide daily support to our Account Managers by handling customer communications and tracking account activities.
  • Prepare essential client-facing materials, including renewal summaries, performance insights, and contract proposals.
  • Utilize CRM tools to monitor account health, identify potential risks, and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in sales, technology, and education. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. We value candidates who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with CRM tools, such as Salesforce, along with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, is important for success in this role. While not required, previous exposure to SaaS or EdTech environments is a plus.
