The role
We are seeking an Associate Account Executive to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This position is designed for someone early in their career, such as a student or recent graduate, who is eager to build a foundation in inside sales. You will work in a high-volume environment where you will manage the full sales cycle entirely through phone and email interactions.
Core responsibilities
- Achieve monthly booking quotas by managing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals.
- Engage with both inbound and outbound leads to identify key decision-makers, understand business challenges, and determine budget and timelines.
- Conduct virtual product demonstrations using a value-based approach to provide tailored solutions for our carrier partners.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication skills and a genuine desire to grow your sales expertise. While we value a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, it is not strictly required. We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Up to two years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- The ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Proficiency in English, with bilingual skills in Spanish preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce is considered a significant advantage.
- A self-motivated attitude and a willingness to learn about the freight and logistics industry.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary for this position is 44000 USD. In addition to the base pay, this role is eligible for commission based on your ability to meet monthly sales targets. We are committed to providing a flexible work environment, and this position offers the benefit of remote work.
