Associate, Access and Vendor Administrator at Assured Guaranty

What is this role?

We are seeking an Associate, Access and Vendor Administrator to join us on a full-time, on-site basis. This is a mid-level position designed for someone with a strong background in security and administrative processes. You will be the primary point of contact for ensuring that our system access is secure and that all third-party vendors meet our strict compliance requirements.

What will you do?

• You will manage the full lifecycle of our vendors, which includes vetting new partners, performing security reviews, and ensuring that all access controls align with our internal policies.
• You will oversee our user access management processes, including handling onboarding and offboarding, managing permissions for applications and file shares, and conducting regular access recertifications.
• You will support our broader security mission by managing physical security platforms like video surveillance and assisting with audit requests to ensure we remain compliant with industry standards.

• A bachelor’s degree in a field such as Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems.
• Between 3 and 5 years of relevant experience specifically within access or vendor management.
• Technical proficiency with IAM tools and platforms, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, SharePoint, Saviynt, and ServiceNow.
• A strong grasp of security principles and compliance frameworks like SOC and SOX.
• Excellent English communication skills, as you will be collaborating frequently with various departments across the organization.
