We specialize in providing high-quality water and wastewater treatment equipment, valves, and actuators to clients across Texas, Oklahoma, Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi, and the Florida panhandle. Our team is defined by a commitment to long-term service, and we always prioritize the needs of our customers long after a project is complete.

What is this role?

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position that requires you to work on-site at our office in Humble, Texas. You will play a vital role in supporting our sales and operations teams to ensure our projects are handled with precision and care.

What will you do?

  • Take ownership of project lifecycles from start to finish, ensuring that every task is completed on time and stays within the established budget.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with our major accounts and customers to ensure they receive consistent, high-quality service.
  • Collaborate with our partners and clients to define project scopes and specifications, while preparing accurate quotes and managing the timely delivery of products.

To succeed in this role, you should be a fluent English speaker with a strong professional background. We are looking for someone who brings the following qualifications to our team:

  • At least 3 years of combined experience in sales and project management.
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • A highly detail-oriented mindset with a proven ability to organize complex tasks and prioritize your daily workload effectively.
  • While not required, we would love to see candidates who have previous experience in the water or wastewater industry or specific knowledge of valves, actuators, and motor operators.
