Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Assistant Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site role based in Singapore, where you will play a vital part in our daily operations and stakeholder management.
Your impact
- You will oversee and execute Government-to-Employee surveys, ensuring public officers have a seamless experience with their ICT tools.
- You will act as a bridge between vendors and internal departments, managing everything from eDM communications to database maintenance in SharePoint.
- You will provide high-level secretariat support, including managing project progress, conducting After Action Reviews, and utilizing AI tools to streamline our management meetings.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should have at least three years of experience in operations, administration, and project management. We value candidates who are fluent in English and possess the following skills:
- Expertise in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with proficiency in Qualtrics, Tableau, and MS Teams.
- A strong background in data management and project coordination.
- Exceptional communication skills and a natural ability to solve problems under pressure.
- A detail-oriented mindset with experience in secretarial support and program management.
