We are Showpo, a global ecommerce fashion brand born in a Sydney garage and now a major success story in the digital retail space. We are looking for an Assistant Merchandise Planner to join our team in Australia and help drive the data-backed decisions that fuel our growth.

Responsibilities

Manage weekly trade packs and generate trade analysis reports.
Handle pricing strategies by running the weekly markdown recommender and tracking budget compliance.
Monitor freight methods to optimize our sea mix and repeat order percentages.
Collaborate with the buying team to manage core lines and set weekly OTB and RPN targets.
Perform monthly WSSI reforecasting for individual product pods.
Ensure intake targets align with the critical path by working closely with our buyers.
Prepare month-end summaries to highlight performance against budget.
Support the team with LAFC documentation, presentations, and SWOT analysis.
Track option counts by sub-category and conduct seasonal reviews of returning products.

Must-haves

Previous experience in a data-focused role.
Background working within the retail or ecommerce industry.
Advanced Excel proficiency, specifically with pivot tables and lookups.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
A high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-haves

Practical experience using SQL.
Knowledge of Index Match functions in Excel.
