With over 15 million cards issued globally on our platform, we are looking for a dedicated professional to join us in India as an Assistant Manager for Training and Quality.
What you'll be doing
- You will design and deliver comprehensive training programs for our support teams, ensuring that new hires and existing staff are fully equipped to succeed.
- You will establish and maintain high-quality monitoring standards across all support channels, using audits and root cause analysis to drive consistent performance.
- You will lead and mentor a team of quality analysts and trainers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement while using data-driven insights to report on operational trends.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in customer experience and quality frameworks. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree and 7 to 8 years of professional experience within customer support, training, or quality domains.
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, where you have successfully managed trainers or quality analysts.
- Expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with the ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively in English.
- A solid understanding of training and quality methodologies, with preference given to those who have experience in the BFSI or Fintech sectors.
