We are currently seeking a highly motivated Assistant Manager for Social Media and Digital Content to join our team in Mumbai and help us continue our mission of democratizing financial growth for all Indians.
Key outcomes
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies in partnership with our marketing and creative departments.
- Produce engaging content across major platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, to simplify our messaging and expand our community reach.
- Plan and execute dynamic campaigns, contests, and promotions designed to foster excitement and engagement among our followers.
- Monitor and leverage the latest social media trends and technologies to ensure our content remains cutting-edge and effective.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with our Growth, Marketing, Content, and Product teams to drive measurable results.
Requirements
- Between 5 and 7 years of professional experience in social media marketing with a proven track record of success.
- A strong background as a content creator, regardless of your personal follower count, with a portfolio that demonstrates your creative ability.
- A comprehensive understanding of social media trends, platform dynamics, and analytics tools used to optimize performance.
- A self-driven, ownership-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.
