Role at a glance
We are searching for a Senior Assistant Manager to lead our Social Media and Digital Content efforts. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. You will be a key player in our marketing ecosystem, working alongside our growth, content, and product teams to elevate our brand presence.
Your impact
- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that simplify complex financial concepts and resonate with our diverse audience across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Plan and manage high-impact campaigns, contests, and promotions designed to build a vibrant community and boost engagement.
- Monitor the latest digital trends and leverage analytics tools to optimize our content performance and ensure we remain at the forefront of the fintech industry.
What you'll need
To succeed in this role, you should be a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a drive to deliver results. We are looking for someone who brings the following:
- 5-7 years of proven experience in social media marketing with a track record of driving success.
- A deep, intuitive understanding of social media dynamics and current trends.
- A creative mindset that prioritizes content creation, regardless of your personal follower count.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure success and refine strategy.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
