Founded in 2009 by Simon Porte Jacquemus, our independent fashion house has grown from a Parisian dream into a global brand that celebrates the art of living. We draw inspiration from everything from fine art and cinema to the natural beauty of the French landscape, creating unique experiences that span from lavender fields in Provence to iconic locations like the Palace of Versailles. With a dedicated team of over 300 people based in the heart of the 8th arrondissement in Paris, we are constantly expanding our digital presence and our international retail footprint. We invite you to join our journey as an Assistant IT Project Manager, where you will help us maintain the technology that powers our creative vision.
The opportunity
As an intern reporting to the Director of IT Back Office, you will play a vital role in both the development and daily operations of our critical information systems. This six-month internship offers a deep dive into the technology that supports our finance, supply chain, human resources, and production departments. You will act as a bridge between our business teams and technical experts, ensuring that our digital infrastructure remains as innovative and reliable as the collections we design.
A day in the life
- You will assist with project management by translating complex business needs into clear technical requirements and helping to draft functional specifications.
- You will take charge of quality assurance by designing test scenarios and executing functional campaigns to validate new features before they go live.
- You will support our daily operations by monitoring system performance, analyzing incident tickets, and helping to document processes to ensure our teams have the guidance they need.
Who you are
We are looking for a student in their final year of an engineering, business, or university program with a focus on information systems or project management. You are someone who thrives in an international environment and possesses the following qualities:
- A strong command of English and French, both written and spoken.
- An interest in management tools such as ERP or WMS, with bonus points if you have experience using Jira, Teams, or Confluence.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders.
- A rigorous and organized mindset, with a proactive desire to learn how technology serves the fashion industry.
Why you'll love it here
Joining us means becoming part of a dynamic, independent house that values creativity and innovation. You will work on-site in our Paris office, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment where you can see the direct impact of your work on our global operations. This is a unique chance to grow your skills in project management and IT operations while being immersed in the vibrant culture of a leading fashion brand.
