We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team in Armenia as an Assistant, Human Resources on a full-time, hybrid basis.
Key outcomes
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant quality management systems, including QMS, ISMS, and PIMS.
- Maintain the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality while promptly reporting any security or privacy incidents.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment coordination, including contacting candidates and scheduling interviews.
- Oversee the comprehensive onboarding process for new hires, from document collection and personal folder creation to IT equipment requests and system access provisioning.
- Facilitate employee banking requirements and complete background verification processes for all staff.
- Execute the full resignation and termination process, ensuring all documentation is processed accurately and timely.
- Provide ongoing administrative support by updating employee records and performing other HR-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and the Labor Code of the Republic of Armenia.
- Familiarity with data protection and privacy compliance frameworks, such as PIMS, ISMS, and QMS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Google Docs.
- A minimum of one to two years of experience in general business, administrative, or office management roles.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Capacity to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
