We are currently looking for an Assistant Director of Talent and Employee Development to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. You will play a vital role in strengthening our administrative and managerial workforce while fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Key outcomes

• Lead the development of the next generation of leaders by partnering with various departments across our organization.
• Design and implement impactful learning experiences and manage organizational change efforts.
• Expand and oversee our internship programs.
• Drive performance feedback strategies and lead initiatives focused on skills-based training.
• Navigate the complexities of a dynamic, unionized work environment.
• Supervise one direct report and collaborate with a team of passionate professionals.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience in talent development, training, or a related field.
• Strong abilities in facilitation and the design of training content.
• Proven experience in supporting organizational change.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, complemented by strong analytical and communication skills.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, complex setting.
• Fluency in English.
