We are currently looking for an Assistant Director, Talent & Employee Development to join our team in a full-time, on-site capacity. In this role, you will help shape the future of our administrative and managerial staff by fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence.
Responsibilities
- Design and lead impactful training initiatives and leadership development programs across various departments.
- Manage organizational change efforts and drive effective performance feedback strategies within our complex, unionized environment.
- Oversee the expansion of our internship programs while providing direct supervision to a team member.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience specifically in talent development, training, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in content design and group facilitation.
- Proven ability to support and navigate organizational change.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, high-stakes setting.
