We are looking for a motivated Assistant Account Executive to join our Enterprise Technology practice on a full-time basis. Based in our Silicon Valley office, you will work with a variety of enterprise technology companies that drive major industry trends, including AI, machine learning, cloud computing, software as a service, and security solutions. Responsibilities
- Manage and update media coverage lists and trackers to support our ongoing outreach efforts.
- Collaborate with your team to develop strategies, implement PR plans, and execute high-impact campaigns and events.
- Research, write, and edit essential materials such as pitch emails, media advisories, biographies, and fact sheets while coordinating team pitching efforts.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree and prior internship experience in a relevant field.
- Strong project management skills with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience crafting professional pitches and articles.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and a solid understanding of how social media channels support business communication.
- A proactive, resourceful, and tenacious approach to problem-solving and client service.
