Key outcomes
- Prepare electro-hydraulic and pneumatic components to ensure they are ready for the assembly process.
- Construct and assemble these components into finished valve products.
- Apply necessary markings to components and valves to meet specific industry standards, such as ATEX.
- Follow detailed worksheet specifications to build valves accurately.
- Conduct thorough testing on all components and completed valves to verify performance.
- Provide mentorship by sharing your technical knowledge and training team members as needed.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in an assembly or engineering role, specifically at a senior level.
- Strong proficiency in assembly techniques and testing procedures for hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to interpret technical worksheets and build complex products to specification.
- Fluency in English to ensure clear communication and documentation.
- A commitment to quality and attention to detail when marking and testing components.
