What you'll be doing
- You will serve as the primary point of contact for our indie artists, managing ongoing relationships and ensuring they receive prompt and effective support.
- You will actively recruit new talent to our platform, focusing on building a diverse and high-quality portfolio of artists that aligns with our business goals.
- You will produce engaging content and lead community initiatives, programs, and events designed to educate artists and keep them connected to the IndieFlow ecosystem.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in community management or creator partnerships, ideally within the music industry. We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills and experience:
- A deep understanding of and genuine passion for the indie music scene.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities to handle multiple initiatives.
- Proficiency with social media platforms and various community management tools.
- A creative mindset that allows you to generate fresh ideas for content and events.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, whether working independently or as part of a team.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience with data analysis and using metrics to guide your decisions is considered a significant plus.
